Rob Kardashian Sues Blac Chyna Over Christmastime Spat

Blac Chyna is ready to go to war against Rob Kardashian after the mediation failed in her revenge porn case and she’s gunning for more than $10 million, had the exclusive details about the bitter battle.

Kardashian claims later in the evening, Chyna lunged towards him with an iPhone charging cable and attempted to strangle him with the cord. Per the lawsuit, Kardashian claims Dream Kardashian‘s momma consumed drugs and alcohol on December 14, which resulted in violent and erratic behavior. The son of Kris Jenner says that he suffered injuries to his neck and documented the entire incident.

Kylie is also suing Blac Chyna for the damages done to her house, which was estimated in excess of $100,000.

Furthermore, in the lawsuit, Kardashian says that he attempted to escape in his Bentley but Chyna threw a chair at it and used a metal rod to injure him.

It all seemingly came to ahead when Chyna allegedly wrecked the house including damaging the TV, breaking cell phones, smashing a door, destroying walls, and even crushing a gingerbread house that was made for Christmas.

Along with the damage, they claim Chyna terrorized Kylie by telling her to get tests for sexually transmitted diseases because Kylie was dating Tyga. They say she is also known for her hard-partying and has little, if any, accomplishments in the entertainment industry.

“A settlement was discussed but Rob had to call his mom Kris for approval for the deal, and she didn’t respond”, a source told us at the time.

The new legal documents also reveal that Rob and Chyna tried to make their E! reality show work after the fight, but producers quickly realized a second season was a bad idea – and shut it down.

The 30-year-old has made the explosive allegations in a new lawsuit according to a Wednesday report from The Blast. The docs say she was making $112,550 per 120-minute episode.

Rob and Kylie are suing for assault, battery and vandalism. They are coming after Chyna for unspecified damages.
