A suspect’s vehicle is in processing after a father and son were shot while riding motorcycles on the I-93 Expressway Southbound near Exit 12 in Boston’s Dorchester neighborhood.

State Police investigators closed all but one lane of the multi-lane highway as they searched for evidence.

The State Police told the Boston Globe that the 32-year-old son, from East Taunton, is listed in critical condition at the Boston Medical Center, while his 54-year-old father suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries.

Boston Police detectives were back at a home in Dorchester on Monday where a woman was found murdered the night before.

Two men were in the SUV at the time of the shooting, State Police said.
