A sailboat rocks in the waves during Hurricane Irma.
A marine unit was able to navigate the unsafe waters and bring them to safety, the sheriff’s office said.
Two people who can not swim had to be rescued by Florida sheriff’s deputies after trying to ride out Hurricane Irma’s advancing winds aboard a small sailboat.
The rescue was successful and two people were soon seen walking back onto land.
