Police deploy more personnel to S’East, S’South over Biafra threat

“They are the ones who should be detained for flagrant disobedience to court orders”. Hon Justice Ademola granted me unconditional bail, Buhari and his cousin, Lawal Daura, refused to honour that court order. “Nobody is above the law, so any court pronouncement would be enforced by the police”.

Last week, the government approached a court in Abuja to seek the revocation of Kanu’s bail on the grounds that he had violated the conditions under which he was released. “People will come out to see me because I preach the truth”, he said.

Kanu stated this in reaction to the plan Federal Government’s plan to have him re-arrested. Quote me verbatim. If I’m rearrested, this country will burn, I assure you.

Mr. Fayose who gave his views on the meeting in a statement signed by his Special Assistant on Public Communication and New Media, Lere Olayinka, said “the meeting has provided a veritable platform which all Igbos must key into otherwise they will remain guinea pigs as long as this country exists”.

“It wasn’t my wish to speak but the more I keep quiet the more they keep lying”.

We’re IPOB, we don’t abandon our own“. Does anyone seriously think I’m going to stand for IPOB to be rendered desolate?

Mr. Kanu, who is now at the forefront of the Biafran secessionist movement, encouraged his people not to believe anything they hear from the media but only what he speaks. I have not committed any offence; no crime whatsoever.

“You spoke about my security, but I’m telling you that I’m not living any more”.

The meeting, according to the Chairman of the South East Governors’ Forum, Governor David Umahi, who briefed journalists alongside Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State and Deputy Governor of Anambra State, Dr. Nkem Okeke, “deliberated on the demands of IPOB and noted their concerns accordingly”.

TheNewsGuru.com reports that the governors had invited Kanu to drop his secession agitation, embrace a “One Nigeria” agenda and also participate fully in the coming Anambra governorship polls and subsequent elections in the country.
