Eden Hazard joined by younger brother Kylian at Chelsea

Craig Burley tries to wrap his head around latest reports that Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is close to joining Chelsea.

After a shock home defeat to Burnley in their opening match of the Premier League campaign, Antonio Conte’s side have bounced back with impressive wins against Tottenham and Everton.

Chelsea are now sixth in the Premier League table after three games, and defeated Everton 2-0 at Stamford Bridge this past weekend.

Eden Hazard will be joined at Premier League champion Chelsea by his younger brother Kylian.

The next fixture for Chelsea’s development squad sees them take on Sunderland on Saturday, September 9.

Kylian Hazard joins Antonio Conte’s side from Hungarian side Ujpest FC, and will link up with the club’s development squad. In 2015 he moved to Hungary to join Ujpest, where he went on to play 42 times.

The player will hope to follow in his brother’s footsteps at Chelsea.

Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois warns Eden Hazard that he will not walk straight back into the team once he returns from an ankle injury.

The former Premier League player of the year is yet to make an appearance this season as he recovers from a broken ankle but that has not stopped Belgium calling him up for their upcoming World Cup qualifiers.
