Lukaku Trains with Pogba at UCLA Amid Manchester United Links

Chelsea have been linked with a move for Morata in response to losing out on Lukaku to United.

Everton will hope that is the case as it increases the chances of a bidding war to take the asking price closer to the £100m tag they privately put on the 24-year-old Belgium worldwide.

The highlight of this week’s transfer window is a twist in the Romelu Lukaku-Chelsea saga with reports stating that Manchester United have agreed a £75 million deal for Everton striker Romelu Lukaku.

Rooney’s spot on Man United’s tour of the US will be taken by Lukaku, while the England worldwide returns to Everton for pre-season training next week for the first time in nearly thirteen years.

The fee is said to be around the £75m mark and Manchester United are confident that they will be able to get a deal with Everton over the line this weekend.

Crystal Palace striker Christian Benteke has been linked with a shock switch to Premier League champions Chelsea.

The Metro suggest that Chelsea have now made Belotti their priority target ahead of Alvaro Morata but Torino insist the 23-year-old will only leave if his £87.6m buy out clause is met in full.

It looks like Romelu Lukaku is set to make a massive money move to Manchester United in the coming days.

“If they do sign Lukaku it gives them the strength to be able to play more counter-attacking football – where Lukaku likes to play on the shoulder or can even give defenders a couple of yards head start”.

Everton had offered the former Anderlecht star the most lucrative contract in the club’s history after he scored 25 Premier League goals last season, but he turned it down, saying he wanted to move on to another level. However, they appear to have plenty of other options lined up and the west London club must act fast to offload Costa and then bring in a true replacement who can guarantee 20-plus goals a season.
